Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance, occurring no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the treatment time will incur the deposit fee (50% of the treatment cost), while all no shows will incur the full service fee.

Please call the salon on 02 9557 6447 to arrange a change or cancellation. Keeping in mind we are a small business and appreciate as much notice as possible so others can fill this space.

If you arrive late you will be charged the full fee of the services you booked and we will do our best to accomodate you.

To ensure a tranquil atmosphere, please turn off your mobile phone. Parents please make child care arrangements. Thank you for your consideration.
